With 15 years of experience as a real estate advisor and investment expert in Dubai and Moscow, I specialize in capital raising, property investment strategies, and strategic project execution.

I also lead Colabb’s hospitality division, overseeing projects from hotel concept development to securing investment and optimizing financial feasibility. With a background in lighting design from Milan University and hands-on experience working in Italy’s top furniture production houses, my journey in interior design began at the heart of
